If your inverter was purchased from a Vamat reseller, you can request a monitoring account from us so that we can provide remote support if needed. You can also use this account to monitor your PV plant yourself.
For monitoring your single-phase system, use ‘Fusion Solar’ at https://intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com.
For monitoring your three-phase system, you can use either ‘Fusion Solar’ or ‘NetEco’ at www.huawei-solar.com.
Note: ‘NetEco’ will be phased out in 2020 or 2021, and your PV plant will be moved to ‘Fusion Solar’.
Apps are available for both ‘Fusion Solar’ and ‘NetEco’.
You can choose between a 4G or an Ethernet connection.
